We offer free shipping for all orders $75+ within the U.S. mainland via USPS Priority Shipping.
All other orders have a flat $3.99 shipping fee via USPS.

The only thing we do not accept back is gift cards, it's not nice to return a gift, right?! (your secret is safe with us)
To complete your return, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then send back a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the product back to us, all free for you!
Once we receive your return (with great sadness) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you.
Sale items (if applicable)
If items were purchased with a sale price and/or discount code, the refund amount will reflect what the receipt states.
We are more than happy to exchange merchandise that arrives to you damaged or broken, as we take pride in our quality. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions for exchanging your merchandise.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
How will my goodies arrive?
All orders are placed in a complimentary jewelry pouch and inside a box to help keep them beautiful - plus who doesn't love receiving a gift in the mail?
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, please make note in the 'Special instructions for seller' section in the cart page of what should gifted. We will include a personal message to the receiver if you wish. All shipments are sent in a box with a bow, so it will arrive fully gift wrapped.
